what is claycakes? claycakes is an amazing creation of karla magbanua, so named by it because of the versatility of the chewy "clay" icing used on the cakes which can be moulded into any shape or form. i was able to meet karla through wedding fair, and i can say that having claycake will definitely make your day, an added big thing to your big day, what i love with karla is she brainstorm with her client, she translate it to sketch just like a wedding gown, and will make a so fab and yummy cake just for you, only for you.

Please pardon for being absent for almost a month, i have been busy in work, family matters and wedding preps, now i will reward you a juicy post, but i will tell some side stories about this.

As per Sir Fol Rana, he is a serious photo hobbyist. his work can be described simply as "fun" pictures. he always believed that pictures should not only record events but they should tell a story. He is an innovative photographer, he likes to be the first to offer a certain unique services pertaining photography.

Boudoir photography is gaining its popularity nowadays, brides are more inclined to give a perfect gift to their husband-to-be, they are more daring and open in the idea.

Sir Fol offered his whole day service of boudoir photography last Aug 8 in pan pacific hotel, and i can say that this is once in a lifetime opportunity that a bride/girl should grab.

since blogging has been "in" now in wedding industry, i find myself getting into this world, i am now a bride, an OC, active and hands-on bride, that's why i decided to turn my personal blog into a very helpful and hopefully lots of info. wedding blog, It will be an honor for me to help each couple in organizing their much-awaited event of their life, which is "the wedding"

it has been a while since i blogged about our wedding, i got super busy with my new-found job. I decided to change our color to chocolate brown and light pink motiff, but we still stayed in polkadot theme, i was able to create new inspiration board and i sooooo love it.

i was supposed to put "ten ten TEN" as title but i changed it to "the march 20 happenings" coz' a lot has happened in that day, our day was very exhausting yet it was really fun !

we are scheduled to have free "prenup" in fernbrooks, so i asked him a month before so he could fit in our prenup in his tight schedule, we need to be there by 1pm so we could check all photogs available for prenup, but since bonnie has to finish his job pa, we arrived around 4pm, i was very nervous bec. we might dont have prenup anymore, because it will be closed by 5pm,but then again i took the situation patiently, i told myself this should not ruin my day, i really thank god bec. metrophoto, my dream photog was there pa, including atty. fortun, we got 5 photogs in 1 hour session, metrophoto, raymond fortun, richie macapinlac, imaginenation - erron ocampo and gracielle and peppermint media, i was happy, bonnie is hmmm... tired, hehe !

ooopppsss.. sorry i can't share it pa kc our friends might see it eh, it will spoil our AVP in our reception ; )

next, we waited for 7pm for w@w anniv party, we initially wanted to stay for 1 hour lng kc we thought of bea but when we saw the party, bonnie talked to my FIL and asked them to take care of bea, so enjoyed the night, we had fun on photobooth and met pot and noly and shi and migs, we had so much fun, we love the food, we love our get up as well :

after talking to corinna (my co-w@wie) about birdcage veil, i can't help thinking what kind of headpiece will i use, it has to highlight and go with my gown as well,then again, i started browsing the net, i stumbled when i saw this headband, i know i saw this already, my mind is thinking so fast... yes ! it was anne curtis who wore it, i so love it... it was love at first sight but the price ermm... well... i know bonnie will definitely say no to it... but it was lovely, it will make my hair looks beautiful, my gown will look like a "designer's made" i can wear it on the reception after i remove my veil, i can have a second look, ermm... how on earth i could have it, how?!

i love teddy bears, they are so cute and adorable as bride and groom but somehow i feel so tired seeing them, i want a new idea in bride and groom stuff toy, then i thought why not mickey and minnie mouse, i browsed the net and i saw this lovable couple, i will definitely buy this and use as decoration in our wedding car ; )

yesterday we went to picc wedding expo, after a long night of huge row with my husband, we still decided to go to the expo, we had so much fun in fair, he got to know some of the photog and videogs and taste all cupcakes and minicakes, so yummy ! : ) then, i asked him to go with me in the photobooth area, i was nervous bec i really want photo booth in our wedding, i am crossing my finger, hoping that he'll like it, i told him " let's just have some fun ok ! "

first stop, fab foto, it has 6 shots i love what we did here and the wigs and gun, hehe !

then we saw snap photos, i heart our shots here, especially punch shot and adidas shades shots, hehe ! finally i punched my husband... hehe !

spicephotos dont have countdown, so we just pose and pose ; )

lastly we tried pose and print, i like the ouput and design, i was kinda carried away, i almost booked them on the spot : )

we had so much fun doing it, i know all our gust will rave on it, after trial with all photo booth ; ) bonnie told me that we will have photobooth as souvenir in our "big day" yehey ! : ) he liked snap photos because of the 1hour free, but i like pose and print, but then after the big fight, i just said ok then i'll book snap photos, but i'll try to convince him to consider pose and print maybe tomorrow, he might have a change of mind ; )

they say that if you already have a baby there's no need for you to wear a veil, you can already show your face inside the church, but for me i would still like to wear a veil and be modest, having this in my mind, i decided to wear a birdcage veil, this will make me look reserved and of course classic : )

last nov 2008 we decided to finally start our preps for our upcoming wedding this dec 28, 2009 : ) bonnie gave me a task to look for church and venue, i only have one choice in my mind, being a SAC bride is all i wanted to be, so we had our first church and venue hunting in intramuros area;

first and only choice?! san agustin church, i so love the church, but when we inquired, the only time available for dec 2009 weddings is either 11am or 7pm which bonnie don't consider : ) since i'm so makulit, i asked bonnie if he can consider having a morning wedding, well.. he said NO, ok then let's just call off the wedding, that's the first thought came in my mind, bonnie took the time to explain to me why he did'nt want to consider it, first, we are night person, ermm... yes our whole family can stand up to 3am, second, garden reception will never be as beautiful like i saw in the pics, third, he did'nt want me to rush on my preps on my wedding preps, ok then i agree, so i asked what to do, he told me why not manila cathedral, then i inquired through website, dec 28 is available at 4:30pm, whoaaa.... bonnie said yes, we will get married in manila cathedral : )

nex stop.. venue and catering, this is somehow a difficult for me bec. i initially wanted the intramuros garden, but after adding all the cost involve, we need to settle for an alternative venue, we went to villa immaculada, but i dont feel any spark, we just go home and search the net, finally, i saw venue + catering, patio victoria is the answer to our prayers, i so love the place and the full package is so amazing, i got free bridal car, free cake and sound system and corkages are discounted, we visited the place immediately and pay for downpayment, i love diana garden and its design

confessions of a shopaholic

my first post?! i really cannot control my hand typing a blog for shopaholic novels, i so love it ! i had my first book which is "confessions of a shopaholic" through office christmas party monita monito, i posted my request to our bulletin board, make sure that i gave specific directions on where my "mother" can buy it..
then i immediately went back to powerbooks to buy the second and third series, it turned out that all shopaholic books are out of stock, oh men ! oh men ! i have to find stores... so when i got back at the office i dialed national bookstore number and inquired for my books, after 30 stores, i finally reserved my books : ) where?! in alabang, oh.. i need to go there immediately, so i pretended that i have stomach ache, so my halfday leave was finally granted, with a speed move, i went to alabang and get my shopaholic takes manhattan and shopaholic ties the knot..

since i knew that shopaholic novels are best selling here, i did make a reservation for shopaholic and sister in powerbooks, i was very glad because they accommodate my request, when i got the call from powerbooks, again... i immediately pay for my precious book..

i was pregnant when i've learned that shopaholic and baby is out in market, i was hesitant in buying it because i agree with bonnie to make some "tipid" since i'm giving birth within the month, i just silently prayed that after i gave birth the book are still available, then, one sunday, while we are in sm san lazaro, bonnie asked me to go to national bookstore, he needs to buy some office materials, i was in the book section when bonnie told me "bakit di mo pa bilhin ung shopaholic & baby? " i told him " wag na lang i dont need it" then he replied " sige na kailangan mo yun" "wag na, ayoko din" i answered back, "sige na pra di mo na lagi tinitignan yan everytime andito tyo sa sm" "ermmm... sige... thank you by" i kissed him, i was thrilled and sooo happy !
having 5 shopaholic books makes me feel like i'm rebecca bloomwood, maybe because i experienced buying so many things which i don't even wear, just like my friend told me that i am an impulsive buyer, i buy whatever i see.. i love sophie kinsella and i love her books, you try reading can you keep a secret and the undomestic goddess.. you will definitely laugh ; )

i have been a shopaholic novels and sophie kinsella fan for quite so long.. when i heard that confessions of a shopaholic will soon be a movie,i always surf the net to check out for latest news about this movie of "mine" ; )
